Boasting of over 400 dedicated personnel to ensure all your technical requirements. The Customer Support Division (CSD) handles after-sales support of all Shantui, Bobcat, Hitachi, Terex, Cummins, Wechai and CAT machines sold and/ or rented to our customers. With our “Fleetrack”, we pride on our unwavering commitment to maximize machine up times, cut total costs of operations/ownership of equipment to our customers whilst ensuring optimum extract of the full value from their machinery.
The division’s purpose-built workshops can execute complete machine rebuilds and major component reconditioning (e.g., engines, transmissions, gearboxes etc.) under stern quality control procedures.
With over 10 branches and depots, and over 15 field service vehicles nationwide we strive to ensure that no customers are left unattended.
